If there is one local trail I will miss from our days of living in the coastal North Carolina area it is this trail. Cedar Point Tideland Trail is a simple 1.3 mile loop that meanders through the beauty of the tidelands and the serenity of the woods that surround them. This loop is well maintained, making it easy to take younger kids on a quick afternoon adventure.
The boys and Dora love exploring this area and the family friendliness of it makes me comfortable enough to tackle this trail without Bill.
Some of our sweetest memories from living here are on this trail. Every one of the foster babies has been here with us and the boys call it their trail. If you live in the Cape Carteret area this is not one to be missed!

We haven’t ever been to Cedar Point Tideland Trail. Maybe next time we’re visiting my in-laws in Wilmington, we’ll make the trek up there. I am so excited to follow along with your adventures. It’s good to see you blogging again! π

Awww thanks so much! It’s hard to jump back in, especially in a brand new space. But I’m determined to get back at it π
